If you have Amazon directly send us your products that are stored in their warehouses, there is a chance that they will not pack it according to your Warehouse Receiving Order with the right number of products in the right number of boxes. On occasion, products can arrive on separate days or even weeks.

This could result in a scenario where you are charged a higher-than-normal receiving fee due to the time it takes for our operations team to decipher the shipments and link it to your account. Amazon also does NOT affix the WRO to their shipments to us, which means you could potentially have products at on-hold receiving which can cause fees and delays.

In this case, the best option would be to have Amazon send all the products to you, then repackage the products with the WRO attached and send it or drop-off at any of our fulfillment centers. This will reduce receiving time & minimize costs for you.
