At this time we can only request a return to sender or a change in address/delivery date through UPS. All other carriers do not allow for in-transit changes. We're very sorry for this inconvenience!
I would like to recall/change the address on a UPS package:
Send an email to support@shipbob.com or reach out to us on chat to request the change. Note: Some UPS services will not allow for in-transit changes.
If the change is successfully applied, a carrier service charge will be applied to your account.
Can I request to expedite the delivery date?
Unfortunately the options for address changes are return to sender, change address, or reschedule for a later date. There is no current option to expedite before the original estimated delivery.
