How do I reach ShipBob's Merchant Care team?

To provide needed support to our merchants, we will be expanding our chat support hours effective 11.15.21 to 16 hours, 7 days a week. The new hours for chat support will be 6am - 10pm CST 7 days. Merchants just need to log into their ShipBob dashboard and utilize the chat function for real time support.
On your dashboard, you will find a Help button at the bottom right of your screen. If you click the button, you will have the following options:

You may simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to create a case with the Merchant Care team. Once you send the email, you will receive a confirmation email with a case #, which you should use for reference! Someone from our Merchant Care team will reach back out to you within 2 business hours.
You may call into our support line, (312) 313-1104, between the hours of 9AM - 5PM CST, Monday through Friday! A member from our Merchant Care team will be able to assist you real-time!
*UK merchant care is available between the hours of 6AM - 5PM CST daily!
