To ensure we have adequate staffing on our inbound docks, we need all inventory drop-offs to have appointments scheduled through OpenDock. All carrier drop-offs must be scheduled through OpenDock at least 48 hours in advance. If a product arrives at our facility without an appointment, we will do our best to receive that product on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, if there is a large amount of unscheduled freight we may turn away carriers without an appointment, potentially resulting in additional charges from those carriers.

*Every drop-off and pick-up appointment requires a 55in dock high vehicle in addition to an appointment. Personal automobiles are not permitted.

Notes to keep in mind

  • While creating an OpenDock login is not required, you will not be able to edit/cancel your appointments without one.

  • If a carrier needs a warehouse contact for a delivery, please share our Merchant Care Team's contact information.

Select the relevant FC from the list.

Select accurate Load Type from the list.

Select the date and time.

You can browse for additional available dates by clicking the calendar icon on the top of the table.

Fill out your information and click Finalize Appointment to confirm. Note: If you don't have a user yet, one will be created automatically upon submitting your request.

Appointment details and a confirmation will be sent to the email provided.

Creating a Login / Logging into OpenDock

Use this link to log into OpenDock. If you do not have an OpenDock account, click Register and fill out the form in the link.

Once logged in, you will see the Find Warehouse screen. Search for ShipBob and select the fulfillment center to receive your inventory.

Select the relevant FC from the list.

Select accurate Load Type from the list.

Select the date and time.

You can browse for additional available dates by clicking the calendar icon on the top of the table.

Fill out your information and click Finalize Appointment to confirm. Note: If you don't have a user yet, one will be created automatically upon submitting your request.

Appointment details and a confirmation will be sent to the email provided.

Edit/Cancel an Appointment

On the top-right side, you will see your user name, click on it, and select Appointments from the drop-down list.

Make any adjustments to existing appointments.

Please Note: Drivers need their BOLs in hand to be loaded.
