Upload files as attachments to your order. You can attach an invoice, pre-paid label or any other attachment.
Note! Attachments are only eligible for B2B orders and work orders. If you are uploading labels, invoices, or other attachments, please upload instructions on where to place each attachment for the team to reference.
From the ShipBob dashboard, click on orders and then click on the relevant shipment ID#.
From the order details page, scroll down to the Attachments section and click on Upload Attachment.
Drag and drop or click the cloud upload icon to select a file to upload and click the green Upload button.
Choose file type and click the green Upload button.
