Start shipping date is the date ShipBob will start to import and ship your orders. When integrating your store with ShipBob we have to know which date you would like to begin shipping your orders. Often times when switching between fulfillment providers or starting a new store, you may have old orders that you do not want to ship or have already shipped.

Set Your Start Shipping Date:

Setting your shipping date is a part of the configuration settings process when integrating your store with ShipBob. Start Shipping Date is a calculation between Today's Date and the selected Start Shipping Date on the store settings.

Examples

  • If today is December 14th and the selected Start Shipping Date is December 16th, we will not import any orders.
  • if today is December 14th and the selected Start Shipping Date is December 14th, we will import any orders that were purchased starting December 14th (Today) and onward.

More Examples:

Note: We can only import orders placed in the last 120 days.
