ShipBob will not fulfill orders in On-Hold Status.

Move Orders to On Hold

From the ShipBob dashboard, click on Orders.

Select the order(s) you'd like to move to On Hold status. Note: You can only move orders to on-hold if they are not yet Picked.

Click on the Actions button at the top-right side of the screen, then select Move Order To On-Hold from the drop-down list.

In the following screen, please confirm whether you want to reserve inventory for the order on not.
