After an order is labeled, our fulfillment center associates will sort it out for the carriers to pick it up. Once the carrier arrives at our fulfillment center the order will be scanned and marked as picked up.
You can now view the following logs on the order's timeline:
Order Sorted: Order has been sorted for carrier and it is awaiting pickup
Order Picked up: Order has been picked up by carrier: Carrier Name Note! This timeline log is generated when the carrier has picked up the gaylord the package is contained within.
