ShipBob services are hosted on Microsoft Azure and as of 21.30 UTC, Microsoft Azure is experiencing an unexpected global outage. The service is intermittent. We are actively monitoring and will post updates to this page.
Update as of 4/1 (7:30 pm CST):
Microsoft Azure has confirmed that the underlying outage has been resolved. ShipBob systems are online and running as expected. ShipBob's Cicero fulfillment center has experienced some fulfillment delays. Affected Merchants will be notified individually, if necessary.
Update as of 4/2 (8 am CST):
The root cause of the issue was a global outage in Microsoft Azure. Our web app was down for approximately 1 hour and all services and fulfillment ops have fully recovered.
