To cancel an order:
You can manually cancel orders in the dashboard you do not want Shipbob to fulfill.
***Note: Orders in Processing can only be cancelled if the team has not started fulfilling them. Additionally, if the orders are manually created, imported from excel or are prepaid orders, you will not be able to see them on the dashboard after cancelling the orders.
1. Go to one of the order tabs (Processing, Exceptions, On-Hold)
2. Check the box to the left of the order you wish to cancel
3. Go to the red "Actions" tab on the upper right of the page and select "cancel orders" from the drop down menu
***Note: If your order is already being fulfilled by Shipbob’s warehouse team, e.g. - if it in Processing and has already been picked, you cannot cancel the order. In this case, this action will be disabled..
4. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm. Click "Ok." You will see a green confirmation on the top right of the page if the order was successfully cancelled.
