1. Click “My Orders”:
2. Click “Pending Orders”:
3. Select the checkbox of the order to be cancelled in the populated list of pending orders:
4. Click “Actions”:
5. Click “Cancel Orders”:
6. Click OK and your selected order will be cancelled.*
*If you receive an error message that states “order cannot be cancelled”, your order has already been acknowledged by Shipbob’s warehouse team and is in the process of being shipped.
