To cancel an order:
You can manually cancel orders in the dashboard you do not want Shipbob to fulfill.
***Note: Orders in Processing can only be cancelled if the team has not started fulfilling them.
1. Go to one of the order tabs (Processing, Completed, Exceptions)
2. Check the box to the left of the order you wish to cancel
3. Go to the red "Actions" tab on the upper right of the page and select "cancel orders" from the drop down menu
4. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm. Click "Ok." You will see a green confirmation on the top right of the page if the order was successfully cancelled.
***Note: If you receive a red error message that states “order cannot be cancelled”, your order is already being fulfilled by Shipbob’s warehouse team and is in the process of being shipped.
