Perfect Order Metrics YTD:
ShipBob sends a weekly impact report showing "Perfect Order Metrics YTD" to keep you apprised of how we're doing with regard to fulfilling your orders as well as to strive toward continual improvement of our operations as your fulfillment partner. The metrics, as detailed individually below, are all orders that were not perfectly fulfilled that either our customer success team has been made aware of through a ticket or phone call from you or identified by members of our operations teams measured against all orders fulfilled.
In addition to sending a weekly impact report, all of these metrics are displayed on your ShipBob dashboard and updated in real time.
Fulfilled On Time:
This metric factors in any orders that were not fulfilled according to our promised turnaround times. As a reminder, all orders imported prior to 10 am local warehouse time will be fulfilled by the end of that business day and any imported after 10 am local warehouse time will be fulfilled by the end of the next business day or sooner.
This metric factors in any orders that had mis-picks, mis-packs, or were swapped with other orders.
Fulfilled Claim Free:
This metric factors in any orders that had claims filed with our customer success team that were either lost or damaged in transit.
Perfect Order Metric:
This metric is a combination of all three metrics above, determined by multiplying each of the metrics to find the overall amount of orders that were shipped perfectly, or without error.
