We want to do our best to help make for a smooth returns process! There are three return options you can select when generating a return label.
If you tag your return order as Re-stock our team will return your inventory to the designated bin location as-is. Items tagged as Re-stock will be returned to your inventory within 48 hours upon receipt at our warehouse.
*Note: if you'd like us to re-ship a return, please create a new order or copy the order (and modify the address if need be). Your return will be processed and inventory will then become available for any Pending orders including the new order you just created.
Do Not Re-stock/Hold Return
If your order being returned is not re-stock ready, then you have the option of having the order returned directly to you by choosing a custom address. If you decide to proceed with having the order shipped to our warehouse, then there are a few things to keep in mind.
- Orders tagged as do not re-stock will be assigned a "Returns" bin location and held until further instructions from you. You can continue to have our team hold returns for you until you're ready to pick up or have these items shipped to a location of your choice!
- Our standard warehouse fees apply to any new Return location created to hold your returns.
Defective or damaged items being returned tagged as Disposal Return will be recycled within 48 hours of being received by our warehouse. Our team is unable to perform thorough quality checks for items coming back, so if you're unsure of the condition of the return please return it as a Do not re-stock/Hold Return or have the order ship back to you.
Shipbob Return Label - These labels can be generated right from your Dashboard. This is the most cost-effective way to generate labels and allows us to process your returns much sooner.
Return to Sender - Fee is equivalent to the original cost of ship label.
Your Own Return Label - Fee is equivalent to the original cost of ship label.
