Orders lost and damaged in-transit with the carrier can have a major impact on your business. In every verified case of loss or damage, we can file claims with the carriers on your behalf and claim up to $100 in retail merchandise value.
For orders valued over $100, we highly recommend adding additional insurance to make sure we can claim the full amount if something goes wrong in-transit.
Insurance for an order is assessed at 1.875% of the value indicated and added to the order's invoice.
1. Click the blue Edit button next to the Insurance Value headline.
2. Insert the value (numeric) under Insurance Value.
3. Click Save.
