How do I reach ShipBob's Customer Success team?
You can reach our Customer Success team via the "Help" button on your dashboard. Click here to navigate to your dashboard.
1. Click the “Help” button.
2. Search by keywords and press enter (e.g. “orders," “exceptions,” or “account”) to scan our Help Center database for existing articles.
3. Click any of the blue links to open an article. If you need further help, click the blue "Live Chat" button during business hours or “Contact us” button during non-business hours.

4. Fill out all fields in the "Contact us" form and click “Send." This will automatically assign your ticket to the appropriate Customer Success Specialist based on the location and question category you select.
