How to reach ShipBob's customer success team:

Our dashboard’s blue Help button (bottom right) is also a great resource and filling this out will automatically assign your ticket to the appropriate specialist within CS based on the location and category you select:
1. Click the “Help” button:
2. Search by keywords and press enter, e.g. “orders” or “exceptions” or “account” to scan our Help Center database for existing articles.
3. Click any of the blue links to view the article directly. If you need further help, click the blue “Contact Us” button:
4. Fill out all fields in the Contact form and click “Send”, which will automatically create a ticket and get routed to the appropriate specialist on our customer success team!:
