In order to edit items in any order, please be advised that the order must be in either pending or exceptions. Also, be advised that orders in pending may only be edited by the client if they have not yet been acknowledged by our team. If the order has been acknowledged but not yet given tracking, feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org so we may further assist you.
To edit items:
1. Click My Orders
2. Click Pending or Exception Orders
3. Click on the blue order ID # you want to edit
Once clicking the order ID, you will be directed to the order details page.
4. Click the Items tab
5. Once the selected product appears, click Modify Order Items and then make changes in the editable fields that appear under Item Name and Quantity
6. Click Save Items once you have finalized all edits
