In order to edit or update the recipient information or address in any order, please be advised that the order must be in either pending or exceptions. Also, be advised that orders in pending may only be edited by the client if they have not yet been acknowledged by our team. If the order has been acknowledged but not yet given tracking, feel free to reach out to email@example.com so we may further assist you.
To edit update or change addresses:
1. Click My Orders
2. Click Pending or Exception Orders
3. Click the blue Order ID # you want to edit
Once clicking the order ID, you will be directed to the order details page.
4. Click Actions
5. Select Edit
6. Edit Recipient Information feilds (Name, appt/suite#, address, city, state, zip code, country)
7. Click Save once you have finalized all applicable edits
