Advanced Reporting is split into four tabs:
- Sales Performance
- Orders
- Shipping
- Split Inventory
Sales Performance
The Sales Performance tab displays the high-level business performance KPIs, including Total Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, and Gross Margin.
Graphs include:
REVENUE OF ORDERS SHIPPED BY DAY – shows your daily revenue and allows you to create a 30-day forecast.
SALES BY CHANNEL & PRODUCT VALUE SOLD – see your sales for each e-commerce channel and see what channels are performing the best and product costs
SALES AND QUANTITY OF ORDERS BY USPS ZONE – understand the sales of orders and the number of orders that ship to each USPS Zone.
Orders
This tab gives you key insights into your orders, including Total Orders, 30-Day Forecast Orders, Total Return Orders and Percent of Return Orders.
Graphs include:
QUANTITY OF ORDERS SHIPPED BY DAY – this simple graph breaks down how many orders shipped on each day.
QUANITY OF ORDERS BY CHANNEL & QUANTITY OF UNITS SOLD – receive good insight to which e-commerce channel is providing the most order and which products are your best performers.
CURRENT ORDER DISTRIBUTION & FORECAST ORDER DISTRIBUTION – view the originating fulfillment warehouse for all orders. Optimize your inventory distribution between warehouses based on the closest shipping destination.
Shipping
This tab allows you to see how quickly orders are getting to your customers and what carriers are being used.
Graphs include:
FULFILLMENT SPEED IN DAYS & SHIPPING BY CARRIER – see how fast your orders are getting to customers and how often specific carriers are being used by percentage
Split Inventory
Optimize the distribution of your products in our warehouses to help optimize shipping times and costs.
Graphs include:
CURRENT INVENTORY DISTRIBUTION & FORECAST INVENTORY DISTRIBUTION – See how many products are currently in each warehouse. You can also optimize distribution and learn how much of each product should be distributed to each warehouse based on the closest shipping destination of the completed orders.
