How long does it take inventory to be updated once it is delivered to the FC?
Once received (moved to "Arrived" status upon receipt), inventory takes up to 5 business days to be updated.
The Warehouse Receiving Order will be moved to "Processing" and then to "Completed" in your dashboard.
Note: Inventory that arrives without a WRO attached to the outside of the shipment will be put into on-hold receiving until a WRO is linked. Inventory will be stocked within 5 business days from the time the WRO is attached. Related: On-Hold Receiving (URO)
When will orders be shipped and have tracking numbers available?
Orders imported before 12 p.m. will have tracking information on the same business day.
Orders imported after 12 p.m. will have tracking information by the next business day.
B2B/wholesale orders and FBA/pickup orders imported before 12 p.m. will be processed within four business days. Larger orders, freight orders, FBA, or wholesale orders requiring special instructions should be made as a B2B order.
Orders 10 units and under shipping normally (even going to a business) should be input as B2C to ensure they ship within the usual 1-2 day turnaround.
Note: imported orders must be in "Processing" before 12 p.m. For example, if the completion of a WRO or the edit of an invalid address moves an order from "Exception" or "On Hold to Processing" after 12 p.m., the order will have tracking the next business day.
When should I contact ShipBob by to schedule a same-day pickup?
No later than 10 a.m.
What is the cut-off time for orders to be imported to get fulfilled?
If the order is received before 12 p.m., it is guaranteed tracking.
If the order is received after 12 p.m. and before 2 p.m., we will make our best effort to get tracking.
If the order is received after 2 p.m., it will not be fulfilled until the next day.
When do items begin to get picked in the warehouse?
Items start to get picked at 10 a.m.
What time do the carriers arrive to pick up the shipment?
The carriers will begin to arrive starting around 5 or 6 p.m.
