How long does it take inventory to be updated once it is delivered to the warehouse?
Once received (moved to Processing status upon receipt), inventory takes up to 5 business days to be updated.
The Warehouse Receiving Order will be moved to Completed status at this point in your dashboard.
When will orders be shipped and have tracking numbers available?
Orders placed before 10 am will have tracking information the same business day.
Orders placed after 10 am will have tracking information by the next business day.
When should I contact ShipBob by to schedule a same-day pickup?
No later than 10 am.
When do pick-up orders get shipped?
Pick-up orders picked by up 2 pm or earlier will get tracking the same business day.
Pick-up orders picked up after 2 pm will get tracking by the next business day.
What is the cut-off time for orders to be imported to get fulfilled?
If the order is received before 10 am, it is guaranteed tracking and to go out with the carrier.
If the order is received after 10 am and before 2 pm, we will make our best effort to create tracking, but not guaranteed to go out with the carrier for shipping.
If the order is received after 2 pm, it will not be fulfilled until the next day.
When do items begin to get picked in the warehouse?
Items start to get picked at 10am.
What time do the carriers arrive to pick up the shipment?
The carriers will begin to arrive starting around 5-6pm.
