How long does it take inventory to be updated once it is delivered to the warehouse?
Once received (moved to "Arrived" status upon receipt), inventory takes up to 5 business days to be updated.
The Warehouse Receiving Order will be moved to "Processing" and then to "Completed" in your dashboard.
When will orders be shipped and have tracking numbers available?
Orders imported before 12 p.m. will have tracking information the same business day.
Orders imported after 12 p.m. will have tracking information by the next business day.
B2B/wholesale orders and FBA/pickup0 (anything over 20 total units per order) orders imported before 12 p.m. will be processed within three business days.
B2B/wholesale orders and FBA/pickup (anything over 20 total units per order) imported after 12 p.m. will be processed within four business days.
Note: imported orders must be in "Processing" before 12 p.m.. For example, if the completion of a WRO or the edit of an invalid address moves an order from "Exception" or "On Hold to Processing" after 12 p.m., the order will have tracking the next business day.
When should I contact ShipBob by to schedule a same-day pickup?
No later than 10 a.m.
When do pick-up orders get shipped?
Pick-up orders picked by up 2 p.m. or earlier will get tracking the same business day.
Pick-up orders picked up after 2 p.m. will get tracking by the next business day.
What is the cut-off time for orders to be imported to get fulfilled?
If the order is received before 12 p.m., it is guaranteed tracking.
If the order is received after 12 p.m. and before 2 p.m., we will make our best effort to get tracking.
If the order is received after 2 p.m., it will not be fulfilled until the next day.
When do items begin to get picked in the warehouse?
Items start to get picked at 10 a.m.
What time do the carriers arrive to pick up the shipment?
The carriers will begin to arrive starting around 5 or 6 p.m.
