If you are located in the pickup range in either Chicago and New York, you can schedule to have inventory that is not stored at the warehouse to be picked up for an order!
***Note: Since this inventory is not logged into the system, be sure to place each individual order in a separate bag with its respective packing slip attached (or have items labeled with customer names and Shipbob Order IDs). This is to ensure our team can easily identify which items go with each order and avoid any errors.
To schedule a pick-up:
1. Click Orders > Processing
2. Checkmark the box next to the order ID of the order(s) you wish to have picked up
3. Go to the red "Actions" button on the top right of the page and select "Request a pick up" from the drop-down menu.
4. Fill out the required fields (i.e. Pick Up Date, Pick Up Time Slot, Street Address Line 1)
6. Click "Create Pick Up"
When will these orders go out?
Pick-up orders picked up by 2 pm or earlier will get tracking the same business day. Pick-up orders picked up after 2 pm will get tracking by the next business day.
What is the cut-off time?
Please schedule your pickup 24 hours in advance to ensure it is added to the driving route. We may be able to schedule a same-day pickup if it is scheduled before 10am and an email is sent to support for confirmation.
