Awaiting. . . .Processing. . . .Complete!
Similar to the WRO timeline any order that has had a return label generated will show up on your returns page under a status.
The return label is generated and the return has not yet been received by our warehouse. You can view the Return ID as well as tracking information for the return label on this page.
Return shipments have been received by the team and are being processed. If the item in good, re-sellable condition, it will be restocked.
***Our team will create a WRO to restock the inventory. This is not charged the standard $35 WRO fee but you will receive an alert the inventory was stocked with the WRO number.
Click into the return ID to pull up the Return order details page.
Items will be examined for use/ damage and any notes entered in the comments section of the return order details.
Next to each item returned will be a Shipbob action:
Orders that have been re-stocked and or completed otherwise (disposed/ cancelled) can be found in the Completed tab. You'll be able to quickly access any past return order right on this page.
***Note: Return IDs might correspond to the original order ID or the return ID. Even if the return order is still appearing in "awaiting" you can search the tracking number in the completed tab and to see if it has been restocked under a different ID.
If the inventory has been restocked, you will see a corresponding WRO attached in the return details page.
The Returns tab includes a sub-tab "settings." On this page, you can customize your return settings. If you choose not to create any custom settings, your returns will still be handled according to our standard process described above.
