To see all of your return orders, click on Returns from the ShipBob dashboard. Then, click Returns.
Similar to the WRO timeline any order that has had a return label generated will show up on your returns page with one of the following statuses:
A return label was generated and the return order has not yet been received at our FC. Under the Awaiting tab, you can view the Return ID as well as tracking information.
The return order has been received by our FC team and is being processed. If the item in good, re-sellable condition, it will be restocked.
Our team will create a WRO to restock the inventory. This is not charged the standard $35 WRO fee but you will receive an alert the inventory was stocked with the WRO number.
Click into the return ID to see the return order details page:
Items will be examined for use/damage and any notes entered in the comments section of the return order details.
Next to each item returned will be a Shipbob action:
Orders that have been re-stocked and or completed otherwise (disposed/canceled) can be found in under the Completed tab.
Note: Return IDs might correspond to the original order ID or the return ID. Even if the return order is still appearing in "Awaiting" status you can search the tracking number in the completed tab and see if it has been restocked under a different ID.
If the inventory has been restocked, you will see a corresponding WRO attached in the return details page.
From the ShipBob dashboard, Click on Returns and then click Settings. On this page, you can customize your return settings. If you choose not to create any custom settings, your returns will be handled according to our standard process described above.
