How to View Tracking Information for an Order

3. Click on the tracking number hyperlink:
4. Shipbob uploads the tracking number immediately as order is processed. If there is no number, wait and refresh shortly. Occasionally, the carrier companies are slightly delayed in reporting the package location.

If you do not see the carrier on here, there are occasion where we might use another international shipping service, you can see the service under "Carrier" under the tracking number on the orders detail page, and simply search for that carrier and use your tracking number with them.
*Make note that DHL global will have USPS complete the delivery if domestic, or if international they will have the local partner in that country complete the delivery, you can check on DHL Global's website for additional tracking details.
