Inbound shipments meeting any of the below scenarios will follow ShipBob's On Hold Receiving Process and the 5 business days will begin when properly updated:
- Shipments with no WRO attached
- Shipments with inventory that does not match what is listed on the WRO
- Shipments with quantities that do not match the WRO

Your inventory is received, stocked, and the WRO moved to completed! You can click into any completed WRO ID to view the expected and received quantities. Received quantities will appear in the ( ) next to the quantity expected.
***Note that any orders in exceptions that were awaiting these items will move to processing automatically and ship within 24 hours. If orders remain in exceptions, the items may need to be merged.
