At Shipbob, we're committed to receiving your new inventory as quickly as possible! For scenarios where incoming shipments cannot be received within our usual turnaround time, receiving will be put on hold.
The following scenarios will result in On Hold Receiving:
- Shipments with no WRO attached
- Shipments with inventory that does not match what is listed on the WRO
- Shipments with quantities that do not match the WRO
In many cases, manufacturers may send the wrong items or quantities and we will need to confirm anything that doesn't match up before items can be received by the team.
Shipments with no WRO attached can be found listed in the On Hold Receiving Tab (the last sub-tab under Inventory). This tab will show the fulfillment center that received the shipment, tracking information, and any relevant box/pallet information. From here you can link a WRO and that individual box number on the WRO for our team to receive the inventory.
