We understand how severe of an impact a mis-pick or other fulfillment error can have on your business's reputation. We know that you make every effort to make it right for your customers when this does happen and, as your fulfillment partner, we want to make it right for you.
As a reminder, here are our operations errors policies for how we will remedy any such error.
We've made an update that all errors must be reported within 90 days of the ship date for us to take the remedial action as described above. The quicker we learn about the error, the quicker we can provide a solution for you and your customer and also root cause what happened so that we can fix in the future. Thanks for your cooperation!
