Note: When enabling Auto Fulfill on Shopify, all items with Fulfillment Service set as "Manual" will be moved to fulfilled once an order is paid for.
If you have Auto Fulfill enabled on Shopify by default, ShipBob will not sync and fulfill your orders.
To allow ShipBob to pull those orders, there are 3 things you will need to do:
1. Make sure all items you want ShipBob to fulfill are marked with ShipBob Fulfillment Service on the Shopify product page (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/rates-and-methods/fulfillment-services/custom). Items that are not marked as ShipBob will not be imported to ShipBob.
**Note: you must select ShipBob as the fulfillment service, you cannot create a new service and call it "ShipBob"
2. Contact ShipBob support (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request to have your account set to auto fulfill on ShipBob
3. Once you are set up on the tech side, you will get confirmation from the ShipBob team and your orders will begin to import to ShipBob.
