Processing: Orders ready for fulfillment! These will receive tracking same day if in processing before 12pm local time. Orders in processing after 12 will receive tracking the next business day. Fulfilled orders move to completed after midnight.
Completed: Orders fulfilled and assigned a tracking number. (Allow 2-3 days for initial scans at the carrier's facility)
Exception: Orders not ready for fulfillment. These will ship once moved to processing. (More on exception orders here)
On-Hold: Orders can be placed on-hold before our team begins to fulfill them. They won’t be fulfilled until they are moved back to processing. Orders can also be placed on hold by the team right before they are labeled if tariff information is missing, there is a billing issue, or the address is flagged as incomplete.
