With waiting customers, you need orders shipping ASAP.
Orders will most commonly move to exceptions is there is no inventory in stock at the Shipbob fulfillment center.
My inventory was just delivered. When will these orders ship?
Newly arrived inventory will be counted and received with 3-5 business days. Once in stock, orders should begin shipping within 24 hours.
My inventory is in stock. Why haven't the orders moved to processing?
The system does not yet recognize the sku ID as in-stock. The most common reason is that the sku linked to the inventory needs to be merged with the sku attached to the order. Once merged, orders will automatically move to processing. Instructions for merging sku IDs can be found here.
*Merging skus requires some initial setup, but you will only need to merge the items once for each new integrated store.The change will apply for all future orders.
