Orders that have not started the fulfillment process can be cancelled right away! See here for how to cancel orders in the dashboard. If you receive an error or the order won't cancel, it means the order has already been picked and packed. Because of the volume of shipments going out, we cannot intercept individual shipments once picked.
***One last chance: If the order has no tracking information, change the address details to RESTOCK in every field. The system will not be able to generate a label and the team will restock the order.
*** All orders with a valid city and zip code will have a label generated and ship. Be sure to delete ALL of the address details.

Unfortunately once orders are fulfilled and receive a tracking number, they are passed the cutoff point for cancelling. We are very sorry for any inconvenience to you. There are limited cases where we can redirect the package or have it returned to sender. See here for orders that may qualify for recall.
