If you received an alert about an incorrect address, simply update the address details. If the address is already correct you can re-enter the address and click save. The order will move back into processing automatically.
If you received an alert about a billing issue, re-enter the credit card details in the billings tab.
Done! When will my order ship?
The “on-hold” shelf in our warehouse is cleared out at the end of every day. Once updated, the order should ship by the end of the next business day. For urgent orders, email email@example.com with the Order ID or reach out to us on chat!
