We have updated our claims process to make it easier for our clients to file claims! The new process requires that all claims be filed using this form.
The form asks you to include all the required information we need in order to file the claim. Once the form has been completed, one of our support representatives will use the information to file the claim on your behalf and will reach out once the claim has been filed. If there is an issue with the claim request, we will reach out to communicate the issue right away.
