With the new export feature, you can select the orders you want to export from your Orders page and request for the export. We will process the data you requested and send you an email with a link to download the .csv file. To learn more about the reported columns in the .csv file, click here.
To export -
1. Go to Orders -
2. Sort the data according to your requirements and select the orders. E.g. - in this case, we want all orders imported on 11/6/18 that are in processing status.
3. Go to Actions -> Export to Excel, and confirm your selection. You can continue with your current selection, or update your selection to the current page, or all orders in your current filter settings.
4. Click on Export Orders to complete the request. Once the file is ready, we will send you an email with a link to download the file.
5. Check your email that you use to log in to ShipBob for an email - "Export of your orders". Click on the link as shown below to download the .csv file.
