The Contacts page is now called the Customers page. Here’s how to use it.
From the ShipBob dashboard, click Customers on the side menu. Here you can manage your customer information, search for specific users, and export customer information to an Excel sheet.
Switch back to the old UI:
This page has recently changed and now has a new user interface (UI). To switch back to the previous UI, click on “Switch back to old view” n the top banner.
Most functions of this page remained the same.
Add a New Customer
Click on Add New button to manually add a new customer.
Search for a customer
Use the search box to find a specific customer, or search according to any of the following attributes: Name, Company Name, City and Country.
Click on the “Export” button to export all customer information to Excel. Once you click the “Export” button, a success message will appear on the top right of your screen and you will receive an email with a link to download the data.
Note: You can perform a search according to any of the attributes mentioned above, then download the most relevant information for your needs.
Click on the customer's name to get additional information for the specific customer. In this screen, you can edit customer information by clicking the Edit Customer button. You can also see the customer’s previous orders by clicking “View Order History.”
Note: When you edit a customer’s details, changes will affect orders in ‘Exception’ status.
