In this screen, you can gain more information to our fulfillment SLAs and orders in Exception status that we don't have enough inventory to fulfill (Out of Stock). For each report click the Download button on the top-right to download it as a .csv file. 

Fulfillment Turn around Time:

View ShipBob's performance compared to our SLA commitments.

  • Fulfilled on time: The percentage is calculated by taking the total number of orders fulfilled within the SLA commitment / by the total number of orders that were to be fulfilled before noon local in the selected period.
  • If any orders missed the SLA, they are listed in the table below with a hyperlink to the order details page for a deeper dive.
  • Please note this includes orders that were put on-hold manually. 

Out of Stock Exception Details:

View exception orders grouped by the SKUs that are preventing them from being fulfilled. Avoid inventory shortages and back orders by filtering exceptions by SKU to prioritize the replenishment of SKUs that are driving the greatest backlog(s).

  • Out of stock items: The number of items that are out of stock.
  • Out of stock quantity: the number of missing items.
  • Out of stock items are listed in the table above with a hyperlink to the product details page for a deeper dive.
