Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. A warning label must be placed on relevant products shipping to California.

This is a regulatory constraint you must comply with when shipping to California.

Follow the steps described below to if you want ShipBob to apply Prop 65 labels to eligible products. During the fulfillment process, we will apply Prop 65 labels to every item you marked as eligible in orders shipping to California.

Step 1: Prop 65 products must be marked correctly on the ShipBob dashboard so we can apply warning labels to items during the fulfillment process. Items that are not marked as Prop 65 label required will not receive a warning label. Note: We can't guarantee we will be able to add the sticker to orders that are already in processing.

Step 2: Prop 65 warning labels must be shipped to ShipBob and stored in every FC you are shipping from. Labels must be individually cut. Prop 65 labels must be marked correctly on the ShipBob dashboard.
