ShipBob uses 2 types of service levels for international shipping: Standard & Expedited.

International-Standard

Includes DHL Global Mail, UPS MI, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, typically a 7-30 day delivery.

International- Standard Shipments Value Limitations:

International Standard shipments declared over a certain value might be rejected and returned to ShipBob by the carriers/destination country. If you are shipping internationally, please make sure your shipments don't exceed the permitted value limit. Note: The value limitation is different from one country to another.

In the table below you can see value limitations for different countries. NOTE: This list provides estimation and subject to changes by the different countries as well as interest rate changes (countries publish values based on local currency).

International - Expedited Shipments Value Limitations:

International Expedited shipments can be declared up to $49,999 if it is over that amount it will be rejected and returned to ShipBob by the carriers/destination country.

Restricted Products and Abandonment of Packages

In case your shipment is stopped at customs for containing restricted products, you may incur additional fees from ShipBob, and if ShipBob rejects the Goods, this may result in a delay or non-shipment, and you agree that ShipBob shall not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of such delay or non-shipment.
