ShipBob allows you to add your brand name to the sender label that is attached on the outside of your packages.

*Note: Custom sender labels do not apply to return labels. Why? We want to mitigate any issues with carrier drop off confusion and ensure a smooth and timely returns process.

Setting up your ShipBob dashboard to support Custom Sender Labels

To enable this feature on your account, navigate to Your Account > Company Profile and enter your company name as you wish it to appear in the "Return Address Name" field. Please note that special characters are not supported in this name.
