Here at ShipBob we understand supply chain and logistics take a lot of planning and sometimes you need to be agile before shipping your inventory to our facilities. ShipBob now allows edit ability of WROs that are in a “Awaiting Arrival” status.
When Can you Edit?
If a WRO is in “Awaiting Arrival” status
If you have not purchased ShipBob shipping labels
What Cannot be edited?
You cannot change from parcel to pallet and/or single SKU to multiple SKU or vice-versa
What can be edited?
Fulfillment Center - Fulfillment centers can only be edited prior to shipment(s) being shipped. Fulfillment center selected must match what is on your shipping label.
Estimated Arrival Date - if WRO is in "Awaiting Arrival" status
PO Number - any WRO status
Product Quantities - WRO needs to be in awaiting arrival status
Product Lot Information - WRO needs to be in awaiting arrival status
Add OR Remove products - WRO needs to be in awaiting arrival status
Update box/pallet configuration - WRO needs to be in awaiting arrival status
Can I save my edits as a draft?
No, you can submit the changes or discard the changes
Editing Shipping details
Open the WRO you would like to edit by selecting the WRO ID.
Then, navigate to the edit button within the shipping details section of the selected WRO.
You can then edit available fields applied to the warehouse receiving order.
Select Save to finalize changes.
Editing WRO Product Information
IMPORTANT NOTE: Updating product information within a WRO WILL impact the box/pallet configuration (step 4) and the experience is slightly different for single SKU vs. multiple SKU configurations. See the configuration table below and the expected behavior when making adjustments to single or multiple SKU warehouse receiving orders.

To begin the edit process, open the WRO you would like to edit and select the Action button located in the top right corner of the submitted WRO.
From the dropdown, select Edit to begin editing the WRO that is awaiting arrival.
Once the changes made have been finalized, submit and confirm your changes either at the top of your receiving order or in step 6.
