With the Gorgias + ShipBob integration, available on the ShipBob Apps & Integrations page, you can connect your customer support team directly to detailed shipping and fulfillment information, so they can answer tickets and kick off follow-up communications without having to leave the Gorgias system.

What does the Gorgias integration do?

The integration between Gorgias and ShipBob will sync customer and order information from your ShipBob account into a corresponding Gorgias account.

This detailed status information can be used in Gorgias for:

  1. Troubleshooting customer tickets for specific orders - and giving a more detailed answer to "Where is my order?"

  2. Kicking off automations when orders are in exception or on hold, which creates delays customers should know about!

  3. Allowing your customer support team to instantly get to the "Order Details" page in ShipBob with 1 click, via the integrations deeplink functionality. This is great when further actions need to be taken, like canceling orders or adding items. No more logging in and searching!

  • Historical data: Only 1 month of historical data can be synced from ShipBob to Gorgias.

  • Order Actions: At this time, the Gorgias integration does not support actions like canceling orders or creating returns for an order. If you want to request this feature, please contact the Gorgias team at support@gorgias.com


How to Install this integration:

The integration must be installed from your Gorgias account with the help of Gorgias' support team to enable it. Once that's done, you will be prompted to log in and grant access to your ShipBob account in 1 click.
